As Emerging Technology Manager, he invented, led, funded, built, and operated (on site) a 500 bpd partial upgrading pilot at Husky Sunrise, worth $26 million. The technology is central to Husky's long range technology development (as referenced in their public releases to investors). Rodger is also business savvy, and views technology development through a long term strategic view, that comes from his years of experience preparing and analyzing the holistic economic impacts, including market effects. Rodger is amazing at identifying and developing value for his customers, which has resulted in the development of his strong long term business development / sales relationships.
